Positions:  HR Support, Administrative Assistant, Account Management

Availability: 10-15 hours/wk Monday, Wed, & Friday 9- 2.  Candidate is able to work at client's site (Cary, Apex or Holly Spring areas) or virtual

Qualifications:  B.S. Business Management, BA in Business Management, 6 years of account management experience with specific experience in staffing and placement.  Completely screened and available for immediate work.

Minimum Rate: $12-14/hr

Positions:  Bookkeeper, Controller, Payroll Administrator

Availability:  Projects and Ongoing Virtual Work Only (able to pick up work if in Raleigh/Durham area)

Qualifications:  13 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, worked with Smart Moms since 2004 on various bookkeeping positions, completely screened and available for immediate work.  Extensive experience working virtually while supporting clients.

Positions:  Editor, Proofreader, Writer, Researcher

Qualifications:  10 years of editing and research experience with specific experience in the medical and scientific arena.  Worked with Smart Moms since 2004 on reseach and editing projects with a variety of clients.  Completely screened and available for immediate work.  Prior experience working virtually

Skills:  Word Perfect, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Adobe, CorelDraw!, HTML, Frontpage, Dreamweaver, JAVASCRIPT, ManuscriptCentral, RMTS and the Internet.
